Mint Pickle (Achaar)

Origin : Nepalese

Ingredients: 4-5 tomatoes, few mint leaves

Spices Used

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of chilli 
  • Salt

Cooking Method

Step 1

Grill garlic and chillies and take fresh mint leaves.

Step 2

Crush Fresh Mint along with grilled garlic and chillies.

Step 3

Boil tomatoes for 3-4 minutes. Then add tomatoes and grind it with mortar and pestle.


Step 4

Enjoy your mint and tomato achaar with rice or any dish you like.
