Dory Fish Fillet Patties

Ingredients:
- 2 kg Dory Fillet (Use blender to make fillet mince)
- 50gm frozen snow peas
- 3 pcs chopped onion
- 10gm coriander leaves
Spices Used
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- Pink Himalayan salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Pinch of turmeric (optional)

Cooking Method
Step 1
Mix green coriander leaves, frozen snow peas, chopped onions with Dory fillet mince. Then add cumin powder, turmeric powder and a pinch of salt (Dory Fillet is salty so add less salt).

Step 2
Wet your hand with water so that it’s not sticky and start making patties.Heat the pan into medium heat and add 200 mls water.

Step 3
Put the patties into the pan for 2-3 minutes to make it firm (You can add half with bread crumbs and half without it)

Step 4
Use air fried to cook it in 280 degree for 10 minutes or cook with few drops of oil (You can cook only known until it turns brown).

Step 4
Serve it with your favourite salad.
