Chokos with Chicken Mince

Ingredients:
- 800g of chokos
- 1 chopped onions
- 500g of chicken mince
Spices Used

Fresh ginger and garlic paste

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon of chilli power and
-
Pink Himalayan salt as per taste

Cooking Method
Step 1
Heat the pan in medium heat then add 1 teaspoon olive oil. Then add chopped onions and after that add the spices including ginger and garlic paste.

Step 2
Cook it until brown for 1-2 minutes in medium heat then add chicken mince. Add diced or chopped chokoes into the pan and mix then cover it with the lid

Step 3
After 2-3 mins add 1 can of tomatoes and cook it for another 5-10 minutes covering the lid.

Step 4
Make sure you stir it time to time during cooking period.Now it is all ready to eat.
