Chicken Patties and Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 2kg Chicken Mince
- 200g Spanish Onion
- 200g spring onion (or add as per your taste)
- 200g coriander leaves (or add as per your taste)
Spices Used
- 2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic and ginger paste
- Himalayan Pink Salt as per taste
- ½ Chilli powder as per required

Cooking Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients with chicken mince in a bowl. Then make patties or meatball

Step 2
Heat non sticky pan and add 200 mls water. Add patties or meatball into pan

Step 3
Cook it for about 5 minutes then put it in Air Fryer for 10 minutes (180 degree).

Step 4
Enjoy with any choice of vegetables/ Salad.
