Chicken Patties and Chicken Meatballs 

Origin : Australia

Ingredients: 

  •  2kg Chicken Mince 
  • 200g Spanish Onion 
  • 200g spring onion (or add as per your taste)  
  • 200g coriander leaves (or add as per your taste) 

Spices Used

  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  •  1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic and ginger paste 
  • Himalayan Pink Salt as per taste 
  • ½ Chilli powder as per required

Cooking Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients with chicken mince in a bowl. Then make patties or meatball

Step 2

Heat non sticky pan and add 200 mls water. Add patties or meatball into pan

Step 3

Cook it for about 5 minutes then put it in Air Fryer for 10 minutes (180 degree).

Enjoy with any choice of vegetables/ Salad.
