Broad Leaves Mustard Stir Fry

Origin : Nepal

Ingredients: Bunch of Broad Leaves MustardTomatoes, 1 small onion, Two Eggs, 2 Dry red chillies, 3 table spoon of corn flour for texture

Spices Used

  • Cumin powder 
  • Coriander powder 
  • Chilli powder 
  • Turmeric Powder 
  • Garlic 
  • Ginger and  
  • Himalayan Pink Salt

Cooking Method

Step 1

Fry above spices along with dry red chillies, onion, garlic, ginger in a cooking pan with small amount of oil until it’s caramelised.

Step 2

Add tomatoes and Broad Leaves Mustard in the pan and stir fry until they are properly cooked mins. 

Step 3

Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add it to the stir fry.

Step 4

Cook for another 3 minutes until you see a thick texture forming. Serve the dish while it’s hot.
