Broad Leaves Mustard Stir Fry
Origin : Nepal
Ingredients: Bunch of Broad Leaves Mustard, 2 Tomatoes, 1 small onion, Two Eggs, 2 Dry red chillies, 3 table spoon of corn flour for texture
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Chilli powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Ginger and
- Himalayan Pink Salt
Fry above spices along with dry red chillies, onion, garlic, ginger in a cooking pan with small amount of oil until it’s caramelised.
Add tomatoes and Broad Leaves Mustard in the pan and stir fry until they are properly cooked mins.
Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add it to the stir fry.
Cook for another 3 minutes until you see a thick texture forming. Serve the dish while it’s hot.
