Air Fried Lamb with Cauliflower Rice

Origin : Australia

Ingredients: 

  • 1 kg of Lamb  

Spices Used

  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic paste and ginger paste 
  • grounded cloves and 7 grounded cardomons 
  • Himalayan salt  
  • ½ Chilli powder as per required

Cooking Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together with 1 kg lamb over a night in a bowl.

Step 2

 Then the next day keep it in the Air Fryer or  in non stick pan with some drops of oil for about 15 mins in 200 degree temperature.

Enjoy with any vegetables (cauliflower rice) or salad.
